Anti-aging
The last one month or so, I have been doing some research on health issues. Well, this is also one of the ways of keeping yourself occupied specially for those who are home-bound.
I happened to attend a talk on maintaining a young and youthful body. This talk attracted alot of the 40s and above. One interesting topic discussed was on the subject of HGH or human growth hormone. According to the speaker, HGH in our body starts diminishing once we reach the age 30yrs and above. The reduced production of HGH in our body causes aging to occur. Our skin starts wrinkling, hair loss takes place and even internal organ starts to age. Well, then trouble starts, yeah?
Fotunately, we could get dietary supplements to combat this. They are safe as they fall under supplements. Such products are easily attainable from most pharmacies. Look for the reputable brands.
A product ' arginine ' was also mentioned and appears to be a very beneficial product to maintain a youthful body. Men would love it as well.

I am BACK !
WOW !
I had a long break. It has been more than a month, I guess, since I wrote. Well, do you like to know about my wherabouts? I don't think you are all bothered. Anyway, let me tell you.
Just like anybody, I was away for a long break. Now during this time, my goodness, I got carried away by some health freaks. Today, I hope I am not tending to be one. One thing I learnt from them was you could earn good money and also keep yourself real occupied by doing planning, attending briefings ( for those who like to ), and marketing as well. This type of business can be online as well as on the field. Probably, we need to ceate a mix, i.e. to do work in your home office as well as go out a little bit. This may fill your day with some variety as well.
I always emphasise the term ' keep yourself busy'. Please do not take this lightly. For those who wish to start a home office. complacency can set in and take control of yourself. Ahhh... Now I am going to preach about health. Do you know what can become of you if laziness takes a grip of you. You can end up as a couch potato, sitting on the couch the whole day in front of the TV, and munching junk food the whole day. How you would finally look like ....... is left to your imagination.
From now onwards, I shall talk to you about tips on earning some money, and also on taking care of your health and probably some tips on making some good income from health business.
Remember this : Health then comes Wealth ! You need both of this all the time to have a good life. Defintely you will all agree to this !

The Weekends
Well, today is Saturday. The weekend cometh! Being a weekend, I do not sit at my home office in the morning. I take the weekends off, that is Saturday as well as Sunday. I have certain programmed household chores to be carried out in the mornings. I am not shy to mention them to you all. First, I need to wash my 4WD car. Then to bathe my beautiful dog, a labrador. This occupies the whole morning. But today I had an additional task, that was to attend a lunch gathering. It was a family outing with my wife and three kids.
It just came to my mind, besides my normal internet work, I also have something very interesting for everyone who reads my Blog. Now, those who like to write, start discussions on any topic that fancies them, respond and comment on other peoples discussions and earn some money doing all this, I have a link under Biznes Info on my blog. You can keep yourself real busy or occupied rather than waste time doing nothing and at the same time, Earn a bit of Money. How do you like that? Did I hear you all say " Wow, that's good " Fine then, try it!
I shall introduce more earning income plans as I go along.

my Office at Home
Aaah.... Just look at my office. There is comfort built into it. It is an office fit for the CEO of a company. Why not give yourself a promotion? Well, mmmm..... I am the CEO of this office. I even have business cards to circulate to people.
My office is fully equipped as you can see in the picture. It is important to have a real office environment and feeling the moment you are seated at the table. I can sit here for hours, involved in the various biznes programmes, investments etc ( which I will introduce to this site one by one ). In order to be serious at home, do take the trouble to set up a comfortable office at a corner of your hall where there is not much family activity going on during day.
My computer is a Dell. I use a HP for printing, scanning, copying etc. I also have a modem together with a router to connect a notebook as well. I have a Nokia handphone and also a telephone. There is a wall fan to keep me comfortable.

An idle mind is a devil's workshop! So keep yourself fully occupied if you have decided to stay home and try to earn some money with your computer. It may be difficult at first but never give up.
